Appointment - My schedule from Monday - Friday is available when you book online. Please contact me for Oncology, Skin Classic and Saturday availability. After booking online, you will receive an email confirmation with the direction and information about your appointment.

Cancellation Policy - I understand that occasionally circumstances arise which might make you unable to attend a scheduled appointment. To prevent any late cancellation charges, I ask that you please give me 24 hours notice of any cancellation, at which time I will be happy to reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the amount of the missed appointment.
